Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist Job Description Responsibilities: • Execute, optimize and measure social media and content campaigns (organic and paid) in order to support branding efforts across all global platforms • Support with all social media copywriting needs • Collaborate with production team to create, refine, and optimize social content • Use social listening tools to generate insights, fuel social conversation • Engage in conversations in all relevant forums and community groups • Test new social content formats and creative social angles constantly • Manage day to day community management initiatives and social media calendar • Manage multi-channel communications on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram • Build meaningful relationships with fans and provide first-class customer support • Implement digital advertising efforts across all global platforms • Educate internal departments and team members on social media best practices • Analyse analytics to gauge the success of campaigns Specific qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree a must • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or similar field • Experience building social media strategy for a brand. Executing on that strategy, and reporting results. • Familiarity with SEO • Experience with organic and paid channels on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram; and social management tools • Microsoft office & other productivity management tools • Fluent in written & verbal English, Arabic is an advantage Demands of the position: • Required to work long hours • The role may be varied at times and you will need to adapt quickly • Work under pressure, used to working to strict deadlines and ever-changing schedules • Strong organizational skills to manage workflow, multitask, and meet deadlines • Ability to work nights and weekends • Strong creativity and passion for creating responsive, interesting content • Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time • Urgent vacancy and Immediate Join • Salary starting from BHD 400 - as per your experience and upon performance after probation period Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
