Real Estate Consultant: We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Female Real Estate Consultant to assist us with marketing and leasing properties. Responsibilities: • Collect information about properties and arrange for photographs to be taken. • Maintains current information on all aspects of a property including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing. • Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and advertise your realtor services through advertisements, networking, and relationships. • Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly. • Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities. • Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own. Provide suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties. • Asks customers questions to determine what they want or desire in their leased properties. • Matches customer needs with properties that are available for leasing. • Answers questions on zoning issues, school districts, expansion plans and area crime rates for potential clients. • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants. • Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. • Explains leasing policies to prospective tenants. • Helps apartment/villa complexes achieve and maintain high occupancy rates. • Handles client service requests and corresponds with maintenance personnel to take care of all requests before new tenants move in. • Reviews leasing contracts with tenants and obtains all required signatures. • Obtains client signatures on leasing agreements that are acceptable to the owner of the property. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Possesses the ability to work with little to no supervision. • Possess a valid Bahrain driver license and personal car. • Demonstrates strong customer service skills. • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English, verbal and written. Arabic and other languages are advantageous. • Knowledge of local area and properties. Salary: • Lucrative Incentives in form of Profit Share it will work better than Salary. • Employment Visa and other benefits offered for the right candidate.
