Responsible for the preparation of high-quality Shawarma goods in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner in line with Foodtailors quality standards. Prepared to work in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all hygiene and safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat in a Shawarma environment. Responsible for the daily preparation of Shawarma goods in the Shawarma section · Check with the sous-chef the list of all the daily preparations, their priority, special tasks, etc. · Sets up the station completely with the appropriate utensils and equipment, according to KROFLE’s guidelines · Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Corporate Chef · Ensure the preparation of Shawarma goods in a sanitary and timely manner · Ensure that the correct quantities are prepared to meet daily needs · Serve items in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature as per set recipes · Ensure that the station is always clean while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills · Adhere to all regulations including blood borne pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety · Restock all items as needed throughout the shift · Ensure the storage of Shawarma goods in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature · Frequently check on fridge and freezer temperature and record them using the appropriate forms · Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow-up and prevention · Maintain grooming, self-hygiene and shape appearance at all time by respecting company grooming standards · Delegate tasks to assistant baker and baker helper · Stay productive at all times and prepare for future needs as time allows · Perform additional responsibilities as requested by sous-chefat any time · Assist in closing Shawarma section · Demonstrate flexibility and volunteer to fill open shifts as required by variations in staffing · Attend and participate in daily briefings, debriefings and other meetings as scheduled and bring suggestions for improvement · Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency, and effectiveness must be free of diseases that may be transmitted in the performance of job responsibilities Salary 180 (Negotiable)
