The ideal candidate will have:
• Extensive experience in preparing traditional Yemeni dishes
• A passion for Yemeni cuisine
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook traditional Yemeni dishes, like Egg Tomato, Fried Egg, Nashif Chicken, Mutabaq Egg and Veggies, Beans, Liver, Chapati Yemeni, Etc. . .
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Experience with Yemeni cuisine is a must
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
