Description
MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY BASED IN BAHRAIN.
Due to expansion we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products/Medical Devices to healthcare specialists in assigned territories.
The Medical Representative builds and maintains strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare specialists and provides them with accurate and up-to-date information about our products.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for making a positive impact on patient care.
Responsibilities:
1-Promote and sell pharmaceutical products/Medical Devices to healthcare specialists, including doctors, pharmacists and hospitals within the assigned territory.
2-Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to meet with specialists, present product information and address enquiries.
Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits and usage guidelines, to healthcare specialists.
3-Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists to enhance product awareness and generate sales.
4-Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
5-Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to gather insights and provide feedback to the company.
6-Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
7-Attend industry conferences, seminars and workshops to stay updated with industry trends and expand professional networks.
8-Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence in the designated CRM system.
9-Adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines set by the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all interactions and activities.
10-Achieves or exceeds the assigned target of sales with a significant growth.
*Qualifications*:
1-Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBBS), Veterinary Medicine (VMBBS), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-Record of success in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
3-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare specialists.
4-Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
5-In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medicine, medical terminology and healthcare practices.
6-Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets within the assigned territory.
7-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8-Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
